THE SCIENTIFIC-DIAGNOSTIC CENTER «IMMUNOGEN TEST»
AT INSTITUTE OF IMMUNOLOGY  of AS RUz

The Institute of Immunology of Academy of Sciences, Republic Uzbekistan, unique in the Central Asia, has begun activity since 1985 as branch of Institute of Immunology in Moscow, USSR at the initiative of the academician Petrov R. V and academician Haitov R.M. Now it is exclusive establishment of such profile in the territory of Central Asia and Kazakhstan.

For the purpose of rendering a wide range of medical services has been established the Scientific-diagnostic center “IMMUNOGEN TEST” affiliated with the Institute of Immunology. This is the only immunogenetic scientific medical institution  in Republic  which activity  is directed on profound research of a wide range of diseases. High professionalism of our employees, an individual approach and modern technical equipment of our Center provide excellent quality of medical care.

Consultations of leading immunologists and experts in following medical directions: clinical immunology, urology, gynecology, allergology, infectious diseases, gepatology, the general therapy, children's illnesses and another.

OUR LABORATORY IS CONDUCTING  FULL RANGE OF IMMUNOGENETIC INSPECTION:

• IFA, PCR, REAL-TIME PCR
  Complex inspection of virus hepatitis’s A, B, C,D  and HIV1/2 (full marker profile, genotypes, viral load). Verification tests to hepatitises B, C and HIV.
• Complex TORCH inspection and other infections, including the test to infections avidity ( clamidiosis, ureaplasmosis, CMV, HSV 1\2, toxoplasmosis, helicobacteriosis, mycoplasmosis, giardiasis ,  brucellosis, Epstein-Barra virus, a syphilis and many others).
• the Interferon status (the IFN-ALPHA, gamma, antibodies to IFN)
• Tumor markers : AFP, PCA, СА – 125 and another
• Interleukins: FNO - α, IL-1 β, IL-10, IL-4 and etc.
• IMMUNOGRAM (about 30 indicators)
• DEFINITION OF INDIVIDUAL SENSITIVITY TO IMMUNOMODULATORS
• AUTOANTIBODY  TO VARIOUS ORGANS AND TISSUES

THE BASIC SCIENTIFIC FIELDS OF THE CENTER

• Immunogenetic researches of pathogenic agents  (HBV, HCV, HIV, TORCH, etc.), including studying of mutant forms, pathogenetic processes of illnesses, action mechanisms  of anti-infectious specimens and resistance of infectious agents to such specimens .
• Researches of immunogenetic mechanisms of cancerogenesis, development of immunodiagnostic methods, immuneprophylaxis and tumors immunotherapies.
• Development and the subsequent training to modern methods of diagnostics (clinical, immunological, genetic diagnostics) ethiopathogenesis of immunodeficient conditions infectious and non- infectious nature.
• Elaboration and implementation  the modern methods of preventive maintenance and treatment of immunedeficient conditions at various diseases.
